Because the real estate agent ‘The house of Jansen’ noticed this trend of people relying on the Internet to look for houses, they decided to go for a new website which would comply with this new contemporary demand. During the website design phase they decided to go for a business style layout because this real estate agent in particular is not only offering private houses but is also focusing on the business market. During the design of the new website the main aspect was to create a clear distinction between the different locations, the type of housing offers and the price range whereby visitors and potential tenants or buyers should be able to easily find a house which meets their requirements and desires.
To initiate the PSD to Wordpress process
When the client was fully satisfied with his website design we came into the picture to convert the whole design into a fully-functional Wordpress theme with an advanced search functionality.
