How to add an anchor text in WordPress
The easiest way to add an anchor text to a link in WordPress is by converting a word into a link and by adding an anchor text in the pop-up. Following this way your anchor text will be added in the blink of an eye. The anchor text can also be added in plain HTML at a later stage by clicking on ‘html’ in your post, followed by adding alt=”anchortext” to the link. In short, an anchor text can be added directly to the link in WordPress, but it can also be added at a later stage allowing you to determine a proper location for your anchor text.
